Balance Fitness roadmap for opening:
12th April: 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions can take place outdoors, including private gardens.
I am awaiting further guidance whether PT can be taken indoors.
17th May: Indoor group classes should resume
Zoom Classes are still going strong including Pilates, Fitness Pilates, Yoga, LBT, Core Conditioning,
Splits, Legs & Hips Flexibility, Back & Shoulders Flexibility and Full Body Stretch.
