Low impact class with a theraband consisting of a traditional Mat Pilates exercises and their modern varieties often influenced by Reformer Pilates series.

Working against the resistance created by the band helps to strengthen arms, core and legs, and improves flexibility.

Low impact class consisting of series of Pilates exercises repeated at time intervals. More challenging and faster paced than traditional Pilates routine.

No equipment required but small hand weights and ankle weights can be used during the class.

Class suitable for intermediate Pilates students familiar with Pilates fundamentals and terminology as less teaching points and variations is given.

30min class limited to 15 people.
