PILATES on Zoom
Class consists of set up and warm up phases, Pilates workout and gentle stretches.
* Mondays & Saturdays classes are gentler/slower, lots of teaching points. Perfect for beginners and older adults.
* Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays classes are mixed abilities.
* Friday class is a mixed abilities class with a Band.
Progressions, adaptations and variations are provided throughout the class.

PILATES Intervals
Low impact class consisting of series of Pilates exercises repeated at time intervals. More challenging and faster paced than traditional Pilates routine.
No equipment required but small hand weights and ankle weights can be used during the class.
Class suitable for intermediate Pilates students familiar with Pilates fundamentals and terminology as less teaching points and variations is given.
30min class limited to 15 people.

Vinyasa YOGA with Gisi
Vinyasa flow yoga is a very popular practice for physical and mental fitness.
This class is an excellent foundation to grow your yoga practice from:
Learn the alignment and purpose of yoga poses "asanas" and how to put them together. Start to understand how breath and yoga complement each other and how they can be a life changing practice.

Hall PILATES- Beginners & Older Adults
Suitable for beginners level, older adults, those returning to Pilates or recovering from an injury. Progressions, adaptations and variations are provided throughout the class.
Slow paced class focusing on Pilates fundamentals, postural set-up, strengthening the core and improving flexibility.
Class consists of set up and warm up phases, Pilates workout and gentle stretches.

Hall PILATES- Mixed Ability
Pilates helps you tone and stretch, strengthens core muscles and improves balance.
Mixed Ability classes suit all levels of fitness.
More advanced exercises are layered, and modifications as well as regressions/progressions are offered. Use of small equipment such as therabands, Pilates balls, Magic Circles.
1h class limited to 10-12 people.
