Hall PILATES- Mixed Ability
Pilates helps you tone and stretch, strengthens core muscles and improves balance.
Mixed Ability classes suit all levels of fitness.
More advanced exercises are layered, and modifications as well as regressions/progressions are offered. Use of small equipment such as Therabands, Blocks, Pilates Balls, Magic Circles.
Classes are limited to 10-12 people.

Online PILATES
Class consists of set up and warm up phases, main Pilates workout and gentle stretches.
* Saturdays classes are perfect for beginners and older adults, with lots of teaching points and some relaxation stretches.
Progressions, adaptations and variations are provided throughout the class.
1h class limited to 15 people

Private Sessions PILATES
Exercise in the comfort of your own home/garden, with an instructor's undivided attention to help you progress and master Pilates quicker. Perfect for those who'd like to work on a particular exercise, don’t want to travel and are on the tight schedule.
Private sessions are tailored individually, with your specific goals in mind, to help you improve core strength, reduce certain areas of tightness and improve performance in sport or day-to-day life.
Equipment available: Pilates balls, Pilates rings, large exercise ball, bands, loop bands, blocks, roller, balance disk, weights, sliders, TRX
2-2-1 sessions also available for couples/ two attendees.
