Cardio classes are a combination of high repetition aerobic movements and non-cardio exercises to music.
Classes are aimed at helping to improve endurance, strength, lose weight and tone the whole body using a range of exercise techniques that includes aerobics, floor work, weights and resistance training.
An outdoor bootcamp class for anyone trying to lose weight, get back in shape or simply reduce stress levels and have fun.
Circuit and Interval style training using variety of body weight, cardio and speed exercises as well as small equipment such as agility ladder, dumbbells, weight plates, battle ropes, plyo box etc.
Modifications and adaptations provided to suit all fitness levels.

Class is designed to stimulate metabolism, help burn calories, and of course condition and define your core.
Modifications and adaptations are provided to suit all fitness levels. Dumbbells (or any household items that can be used as an alternative) are recommended but not essential.
