Cardio classes are a combination of high repetition aerobic movements and non-cardio exercises to music.
Classes are aimed at helping to improve endurance, strength, lose weight and tone the whole body using a range of exercise techniques that includes aerobics, floor work, weights and resistance training.
Legs Bums Tums
This class focuses on working legs, buttocks and abdominals.
Get prepared for repeated lunges, squats, leg lifts as well as lying exercises to help you shape and tone your lower body and abdominals.
No equipment required but theraband or loop band and/or ankle weights can be used during the class to increase the intensity.
Prepare to have fun, shed some sweat and feel great about yourself!
A high intensity class full of standing abdominals workout with weights, variety of planks, crunches and leg lifts.
Class is designed to stimulate metabolism, help burn calories, and of course condition and define your core.
Modifications and adaptations are provided to suit all fitness levels. Dumbbells (or any household items that can be used as an alternative) are recommended but not essential.
