I am offering a variety of fun fitness classes and personal training sessions aimed to shape and tone your body, lose weight, strengthen your core and improve flexibility. Don’t forget exercise is good for your mind too and can help you destress, relax and improve your sleeping patterns.
Choose from a low impact Pilates and Flexibility classes to tone and stretch your body. I offer classes for beginners and intermediate students as well as private sessions tailored to your needs.
Cardio classes/sessions are designed to help you lose weight, improve endurance and get stronger. Bootcamp takes place three times a week on Wimbledon Common Extension Fields (SW15 3PJ). Sessions are always full of fun!
Pole Fitness will get you stronger and more flexible in no time. Sessions are tailored individually and are suitable or all ages and fitness levels. No previous experience is necessary. At the moment I only offer private sessions- Pole Dance Tricks and Pole Conditioning & Flexibility (I can provide pole and crash mat).
Personal Training sessions are designed specifically to address your individual fitness goals and are guaranteed to achieve real results.
