I am offering Pilates classes and personal training sessions in SW London and Surrey.
Personal training sessions are designed specifically to address your individual fitness goals and are guaranteed to achieve real results.
I specialise in weight loss, Pilates, flexibility, older adults and women's health.
Don’t forget exercise is good for your mind too and can help you destress, relax and improve your sleeping patterns.
Now Group Personal Training sessions are available for groups up to 4.

I offer classes for beginners and mixed ability students as well as private Pilates sessions tailored to your needs (beginners to advanced).
Bootcamps are designed to help you lose weight, improve endurance and get stronger.
They take place on Putney and Wimbledon Common Extension Fields (SW15 3PJ).
