Chose from a low impact Pilates, Piloga and Flexibility classes to tone and stretch your body. We offer classes for Beginners or Intermediate students as well as Private Sessions tailored to your needs.
Cardio classes are a combination of high repetition aerobic movement and non-cardio exercises to music. Their aim is to help to lose weight, improve endurance and strength, and tone the whole body. Most popular classes include HIIT and Legs Bums Tums
Interested in Pole Fitness? Try our Pole Dance Tricks classes where you will learn variety of pole climbs, spins and tricks/moves or
Pole Conditioning to get stronger and more flexible to perform certain pole moves and tricks.
Our Weight Management packages are perfect for those who'd like advice on how to lose or gain weight safely
