I offer FREE 30min physical health assessment at the start and continued nutritional and fitness support.
All training programmes are designed individually with you in mind- whether it is a recovery from an injury, weight loss, training for an event or simply trying to get fitter to achieve your personal best. I will monitor your progress, re-set goals and address any new issues as we go along.
